Fresh fish may be a delicacy
of summer, but did you know it could also help lower cholesterol?
For many people summer time is the time to enjoy fresh fish
on the grill or other seafood that is abundant this time of
year. The Omega 3 fatty acid found in most varieties of fish
can also help significantly lower cholesterol.
There are some guidelines in selecting the best fish sources
for lowering cholesterol. The fatter, oilier fish are best.
There are however benefits from many other types of fish, although

tuna, Atlantic herring, lake trout, pink salmon, and Pacific
